Our Client, an up-coming micro financing institution operating nation wide, is looking to further expand and grow wider and increase capacity in delivering best financial services/lending to clients available nation wide.





We are now looking for people to fill in Branch Manager roles available in various locations: Mbeya, Songea, Sumbawanga, Moshi, Njombe etc



A branch manager is expected to lead own branch team and effectively manage company assests to ensure that the brach achieves its performance and efficiency targets.



Branch Manager must therefore possess a diploma/degree in business studies or equivalent, 4yrs experience in management over and above listed personal attributes. In addition must have a driving licence.




Loan officer roles are also available in similar locations. Loan Officer will be responsible for ensuring that they assist their branches to meet performance targets by ensuring that they solicit new clients and achieve their sales targets and deliver services in a professional manner.



Loan officer must possess diploma/degree in busniess studies or equivalent, have 2 years financial/banking experience or equivalent, candidates with sales experience will be considered. Driving licence a must.
